A 19-year-old woman was driving on Interstate 84 when a driver nearby made an abrupt lane change, forcing her to slam on her brakes. Her car rolled and she was ejected because she was not wearing a seatbelt. The driver that caused the accident fled the scene. The woman was hospitalized with injuries to the back and a laceration to the head. Authorities are searching for the driver of a dark green 1998 Chevy Prizm with license plate 2C KR837. Anyone with information about the accident or the driver is encouraged to contact the local sheriff's office.

The vehicle was headed southbound on 2685 near Scarlett Road when the vehicle left the road and rolled several times, partially ejecting Nikalas. Tristian was driving the SUV at the time of crash. Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Rhonda Welch pronounced Nikalas dead at the scene.  The high school is currently working with a local bank to get a fund set up for expenses for the family.

A 2004 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Matthew Rusher was going westbound on Otero County Road 811 when Rusher failed to negotiate a curve and went off the left side of the road and rolled, ejecting Rusher.

Boisoneau was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and likely would not have been ejected from the vehicle had she been. She was taken via ambulance to Trios before ending up at the Kadlec Regional Medical Center.

Christopher Brown, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle, and was taken to OU Medical Center where he died. A passenger, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to OU Medical Center and was in fair condition.

A 19-year-old woman who died early Sunday morning in a crash on Highway 1 near Half Moon Bay has been identified as Hayward resident Karina Benavides. Benavides was driving a 1991 Honda Accord north on the highway, just south of Tunitas Creek Road around 5 a.m. when the car left the road. The Honda then hit a traffic sign, rolled several times, and the impact of the crash ejected the driver, who died at the scene.

Pugh was ejected from the vehicle transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center Trauma in critical condition. Three other passengers all sustained minor injuries, but none were hospitalized. McNeil failed a sobriety test and has since been arrested.
