A woman died in a two-vehicle collision in Indiana County Friday at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Route 119 in Center Township. Scott Esteb, 39, pulled out of a parking lot and crashed into car head on. John Ralston, 79, and Madelin Ralston, 76, both of Clymer, were the occupants of the other car. The John Ralston was airlifted to Conemaugh Medical Center with serious injuries. Madeline Ralston died at the Indiana Regional Medical Center ER Friday night.

A woman was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Route 119 in Homer City, Friday evening. Madeline Ralston, 75, of Clymer, was a passenger in a car driven by her husband when it was struck by another vehicle driven by a 39-year-old Indiana County man, who pulled out of the parking lot of Sanso's Italian Deli when the crash happened. Ralston was pronounced deceased at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Her husband, 79, was airlifted to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown with serious injuries.

A 22-year-old driver has died from his injuries after a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Indiana County. State police said Jesse Boyd was driving a Saturn Ion north on Route 119 when a GMC Sierra pickup truck that was traveling south crossed in front of him while turning onto Dean Drive just before 4 p.m. On Tuesday, police confirmed Boyd had died from his injuries. A 21-year-old passenger in Boyd's car suffered moderate injuries, police said. His condition was not immediately available Tuesday. The 27-year-old driver of the GMC was not injured.

A car with four juveniles inside was speeding on Route 119 before getting into a crash that killed two of them and injured two others Wednesday afternoon, state police said. The Fayette County coroner said Trevor McFadden, 16, and De'Andre Jones, 17, died in the wreck that happened just before 3 p.m. on Route 119 in South Union Township. According to police, witnesses said the car was speeding when the driver lost control near the exit for Walnut Hill Road and hit a vehicle in the oncoming lane.

An Indiana County woman was killed late Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash north of Indiana, Pa.

Mary Jo Scott, 60, of Indiana, was driving south on Route 119 a half-mile south of Chambersville Road in Rayne when she lost control of her Pontiac Sunfire shortly after 11:15 p.m., according to a press release from the Indiana County coroner's office.

Ms. Scott, who was not wearing a seatbelt, crossed the center line into the path of an oncoming tractor-trailer, the coroner's office said. She died instantly at the scene.
