Police: Husband injured, wife killed in head-on DUI crash

Esteb suffered minor injuries and is charges with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle while DUI, homicide by vehicle, aggravated assaul by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol and additional summary traffic violations. He was arraigned and released after posting bail.

Driver charged in fatal DUI crash in Indiana County

Mr. Esteb was released from custody after posting $50,000 bail. He has a preliminary hearing set for May 4.
A woman died in a two-vehicle collision in Indiana County Friday at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Route 119 in Center Township. Scott Esteb, 39, pulled out of a parking lot and crashed into car head on. John Ralston, 79, and Madelin Ralston, 76, both of Clymer, were the occupants of the other car. The John Ralston was airlifted to Conemaugh Medical Center with serious injuries. Madeline Ralston died at the Indiana Regional Medical Center ER Friday night.
