A 20-year-old man was killed late Sunday night in a crash on Route 15 in Lower Allen Township. Garrett Levi Anderson, of Dillsburg, was killed when the vehicle he was driving northbound struck the bridge abutment on the Rossmoyne Road overpass, said the Cumberland County coroner, in a news release. Anderson was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and was ejected from his vehicle, the coroner said. He suffered multiple traumatic injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two people injured, taken to hospital, after a two-vehicle crash on State Route 283 near East Hempfield Township.

Two people were transported Wednesday morning to area hospitals after a two-vehicle crash on Route 283 westbound in East Hempfield Township in which a Jeep Wrangler overturned. The driver of the Wrangler was ejected from the vehicle, but suffered injuries that did not appear to be life threatening, township police said. The crash occurred around 6:03 a.m. and briefly blocked both westbound lanes of Route 283 in the area of Spooky Nook Road.

Eric Ferrell, 39, killed, after his car crashed into a tree, at a high rate of speed, on Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia, and then caught fire.

Police have identified the driver who was killed after his vehicle crashed and burst into flames in Northeast Philadelphia late Monday night.

The victim has been identified as 39-year-old Eric Ferrell of 1500 block of Seller Street.

The accident happened around 11:15 p.m. on the 4600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard near Tower Drive.

According to police, Ferrell was travelling inside a 2011 Mazda at high rate of speed, lost control, hit the curb, and then struck a tree in the median
The car flipped onto its side and then burst into flames.

Jesse Boyd, 22, killed, 21-year-old passenger injured, taken to hospital, after their car collides with a pickup at an intersection near Burrell Township.

A 22-year-old driver has died from his injuries after a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Indiana County. State police said Jesse Boyd was driving a Saturn Ion north on Route 119 when a GMC Sierra pickup truck that was traveling south crossed in front of him while turning onto Dean Drive just before 4 p.m. On Tuesday, police confirmed Boyd had died from his injuries. A 21-year-old passenger in Boyd's car suffered moderate injuries, police said. His condition was not immediately available Tuesday. The 27-year-old driver of the GMC was not injured.

Mark Stitzer, 21, seriously injured, taken to hospital, after his motorcycle crashes, trying to avoid a car on 9th Street in Reading, that fled the scene.

The family of a Berks County man is offering a reward for information on the hit-and-run accident that left him seriously injured.

21-year-old Mark Stitzer said the motorcycle crash left him in a back brace and destroyed his motorcycle.

It happened March 22nd on 9th Street in Reading.

Stitzer says the driver of a dark blue, four-door sedan in the left lane cut him off and his motorcycle started to skid.

Stitzer slid about 15 feet before his head slammed into the tire of a parked car.

Nicole Bereshny, 30, Yan Zou, 50 killed, after their two car crash head-on and burst into flames, along Route 202 in Buckingham Township.

Police have identified two people killed in a fiery car crash in Bucks County Friday morning. Buckingham Township Police have identified the victims as 30-year-old Nicole Bereshny of Hatfield and 50-year-old Yan Zou of Jamison. The crash happened at about 7:15 a.m. along Route 202 (York Road) near Ash Mill Road in Buckingham Township. The scene shortly after the accident where it showed two cars that appeared to have collided head-on and both burst into flames. Firefighters and police arrived quickly, but could not do anything — gasoline-fueled flames keeping them away.

Judith I. Huntsberger, 74, killed, after her car crossed the center line on State Route 30 in North Huntingdon, and collided with another vehicle.

A Hempfield woman has been identified as the person killed Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in North Huntingdon. Judith I. Huntsberger, 74, was pronounced dead at 5:17 p.m., about an hour after her Buck LeSabre crossed the center line on state route 30 near North Thompson Lane, the Westmoreland County coroner's office said this morning. Ms. Huntsberger crossed the center line for an unknown reason and collided head on with another vehicle. She was not wearing a seat belt, the coroner's office said.

Sanya Wagner, 29, airlifted to hospital, 15-year-old passenger injured, taken to hospital, after their car collides with a vehicle, driven by Molly Smith, 43, at an intersection in Carroll Township.

A 29-year-old Franklin Township woman on Thursday morning was airlifted by Life Lion following a two-vehicle crash in Carroll Township in York County. Sanya Wagner was driving a red Chevrolet from Range End Road onto Route 15, when she was hit by a silver Chevrolet going south on Route 15, Carroll Township police said in a news release. Police responded to the crash at 7:36 a.m. at the intersection of Route 15 and Golf Course Road. Molly Smith, 43, of York Springs in Adams County, was driving the silver vehicle, police said.

Brian Spoly, 21, killed, one person injured, taken to hospital, after their car left the Route 22 roadway near Murrysville, and crashed into a utility pole.

A 21-year-old driver was killed late Wednesday night in a crash on Route 22 in Murrysville.

According to the Westmoreland County coroner, Brian Spoly was driving west when his car went off the road and hit a utility pole, landing on the driver's side, about 10:52 p.m.

Spoly, 21, of Loyalhanna Township, was pronounced dead at the scene just before midnight from injuries to his head, neck and chest. The coroner said he was not wearing a seat belt.

Janine Rawls, 34, arrested for DUI, after a two vehicle crash at an intersection in Susquehanna Township.

A woman already scheduled to appear in court on DUI charges related to a 2013 crash was arrested Wednesday in Susquehanna Township for driving under the influence after a head-on collision. Susquehanna Township police confirmed that 34-year-old Janine Rawls, of the 500 block of North 36th Street, was taken into custody at about 10 a.m. at the scene of the collision on Herr Street at Canby Street.
