Doris Jennings, 47, died Tuesday after a tractor accident on private property in Lebanon, Oregon. Jennings was attempting to remove an oak tree by chaining the tree to the tractor. The witness, a 49-year-old man she was working with, said that when the rear tires began to spin, she throttled the engine, causing the tractor to flip and land on top of her. Jennings suffered head trauma and died at the scene.

Shizaire Mitchell, 19, of Greenville, died Wednesday morning following a two-car collision that sent the Honda Civic he and four others rode in into a gas station. The other occupants, aged 15, 18, and 19, were injured and taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital. The accident occured Tuesday, October 21 around 8:30 p.m. when the Civic went off the road and into the parking lot of a Spinx gas station at U.S. 25 and Welcome Avenue. The Civic collided with a vehicle, then hit a bank of gas pumps. Mitchell, who was stuck inside the vehicle, died at the scene.

Winnifred Matthias, 77, of East Flatbush, died in Brooklyn Monday after being hit by a dump truck. The accident occured around 12:25 p.m. when Matthias was walking on the double yellow line on Flatbush Avenue, in the middle of the road, between Atlantic and 4th Avenues. The dump truck driver remained at the scene. Matthias aws taken to Brooklyn Hospital, where she died from her injuries.

A West Bridgewater man is in critical condition after he was shot in the head and his vehicle crashed into a utility pole. Police received a call reporting a crash at 12:26 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Boyden Street and Parker Street. A second caller reported gunshots in the area and people from a second vehicle removing the occupant and bringing him to a Boston hospital where he remains.

Knight was loading his truck on a hill when it somehow began rolling forward. Since Knight was in front of the truck, he was run over and killed, and the truck then continued to crash into a neighbor's house, causing minor amounts of damage.

At around 8:45am, Robert Baker was towning a tractor trailer with Lynam in it out of a muddy field. The hook then broke off and flew through the tractor trailer's window, hitting Lynam in the torso. He was taken to a hospital before being pronounced dead.

58-year-old Lonnie Holmes was killed when a hose on a Toledo Fire truck came loose while driving on an emergency run. The 150 foot attack hose somehow became loose and hit three cars and a bicyclist 4:30pm on Hawley near Indiana. Fire officials say Engine 9 was rushing to a house fire with its lights and sirens on when the hose became loose and trailed behind. The hose wrapped under three cars and it also yanked off a bicycle tire off its frame, throwing the man to the ground. The bicyclist was a Toledo man in his 50's. He was taken to the hospital with scrapes and a broken leg.

30-year-old Jose Chevere and 24-year-old Jalissa Otero, both of Brooklyn, died early Thursday after crashing their motorcycle into a concrete barrier and falling off the elevated expressway onto the street 36 feet below. The accident occured around 2:00 a.m. on Gowanus Expressway when Chevere, the driver, failed to negotiate a curve near 17th Street and Third Avenue in Red Hook, New York. Both people died at the scene.

Keccia Jansen, 48, had been drinking at a local bar when she decided to drive home on Highway 42. While trying to turn her car around, the vehicle became stuck and Connie Hughes parked her car at the top of a hill to prevent people from hitting Jansen. Meanwhile, Jansen's son, Nicholas Mendenhall, had also been drinking and stole a car, which he attempted to drive home taking the same route. He crashed into Hughes' vehicle, fatally injuring her. Mendenhall has been charged with murder, DUI, and five counts of wanton endangerment. Janson was also charged with DUI.

Early Friday morning, a man lost control of his vehicle, departed the road and hit a concrete wall. The vehicle then re-entered the road and began rolling, and incredibly the man was ejected from the vehicle and landed on the roof of a nearby house, while his vehicle continued to crash into the house. The man was seriously injured and flown to a hospital in Quincy, before being transferred to a hospital in St. Louis.
