George Lynam Jr. 66, of Middletown, was sitting in the driver’s side of the tractor trailer cab.

At around 8:45am, Robert Baker was towning a tractor trailer with Lynam in it out of a muddy field. The hook then broke off and flew through the tractor trailer's window, hitting Lynam in the torso. He was taken to a hospital before being pronounced dead.
