Sat, 05/23/2015Manuel Olavarria was riding his bicycle on Bienville Boulevard when he was struck by a vehicle and fatally injured. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was identified as Patrick Robinson, 18, of Moss Point. Few details are currently available as the accident is still under investigation.
