Culver Road

Gerald Lee Dukes was driving on Buster Road when a police officer attempted to stop him for a traffic violation. Dukes responded by turning off Buster Road onto Culver Road and speeding up. When he sped up however, he lost control of the vehicle and it hit an embankment, going airborne.
