East High Street

According to Elizabethtown police, David Scott Weiser, 13, was walking home from school at 3 p.m. Monday when he was struck by a car in the 500 block of East High Street. The driver of the car, Mary Roush, 37, of Elizabethtown, was stopped at the stop sign on North Chestnut Street.
