Tue, 07/01/2014A driver of a stolen minivan lost control Wednesday and struck a mother and two children on a sidewalk in Flatlands, Brooklyn, killing one of the girls, police said.
As CBS 2′s Dave Carlin reported, police and witnesses said the driver fled the scene on foot after the accident.
