Heavy rain may be to blame for an accident Tuesday in which a 17-year-old Hopatcong boy was killed, Andover Township police said.

A head-on collision sent two drivers to a hospital and shut down a lane of Route 206 in Chester Township for two hours early Monday morning, police said. Police responded to Route 206 between Old Chester Road and Fox Chase Road for a reported head-on collision, police said.
