State Routes 221 and 22

Allan J. Kelly of Mount Vernon was headed north on State Route 221 about 8:30 Sunday morning when he failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection with State Route 22 as Gregorio Aparicio of Prosser was driving east on SR22.
