A man accused of murder in a fatal crash this morning in Tuscaloosa is now in custody.
A man accused of murder in a fatal crash this morning in Tuscaloosa is now in custody.
The crash happened about 3 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of McFarland Boulevard and 15th Street. Two people were killed and four others injured.
Investigators with the Tuscaloosa Metro Homicide Unit discovered KiAnthony Davis ran a red light at the intersection and hit the victim’s vehicle.
Davis has been charged with two counts of murder.
A 20-year-old woman died at the scene, and a 45-year-old woman was pronounced dead at DCH Regional Medical Center. The victims’ identities will not be released until Thursday so the families can be notified.
