Decatur man dies in Sunday motorcycle accident

Police said the motorcycle and sport utility vehicle collided in the westbound lanes of I-565 at about 4:30 p.m. Police said Jordan Berryhill, 20, of Decatur, was taken to a hospital where he died a short time later. Huntsville police did not release the name of the SUV's driver and said the wreck remains under investigation.

Motorcycle ride to benefit family of Danville man killed in crash

Family and friends of Tyler Berryhill will host a motorcycle ride benefit on Saturday to help cover the expenses associated with the 20-year-old’s death in a Huntsville wreck last week. The ride, which is open to 100 motorcyclists, begins at 10 a.m. at Decatur Mall, 1801 Beltline Road S.W., and ends at Veterans Park in Priceville.

Huntsville woman charged with murder in drunken crash that killed Alabama man

Mary Jean Williams, 54, was indicted by a Limestone County grand jury in the death of Jordan Tyler Berryhill, 20, of Danville, said Limestone County District Attorney Brian Jones.
