Anchorage Police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a woman accused of a Tuesday evening hit-and-run crime involving a female victim.

Police say the crime occurred around 10:08 p.m. when a vehicle driven by Haily Ibarra, 20, collided with a pedestrian outside of a residence near the 5900 block of Mego Street.

It was reported to police that the suspect is the wife of someone who was staying at the victim’s residence, a APD spokesperson said in an emailed response.
