Driver held on manslaughter charges after fatal DeBarr Road crash
The driver, 49-year-old Luther Rollins, was taken into custody with the help of a K-9 unit when he tried to run from the scene, Shell said. He was treated at a hospital for injuries, charged with manslaughter and DUI as well as two counts of second-degree assault and one count of third-degree assault, then held at the Anchorage Jail on $15,000 bail.
