Woman throws Valentine's flowers at man before she crashes, flips car in Texarkana, Arkansas

According to Texarkana police, witnesses told them the woman drove by the High Point Courts apartments screaming at a man standing outside. The woman then reportedly drove to the end of the street, turned around and as she approached the man, she threw some Valentine flowers out of the window. Police say that's when the woman drove her car into a parked car. The impact caused the woman's vehicle to overturn, authorities said.
