Tow truck driver Obinna Ugorji killed when struck by vehicle driven by Larry Godbold, 46, on Interstate 5 in Sacramento, California

CHP says Godbold remained at the scene but did not provide a statement to officers. He was then arrested on suspicion of DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter.

The tow truck driver was standing on the driver’s side of the tow truck on the right shoulder of the freeway when Goldberg, driving a mini-van, allegedly struck both the driver and the tow truck.
