One person killed and alleged DUI driver Alan Reyes, 19, arrested in crash on Highway 99 in Sacramento, California

After responding to the scene, CHP says that a truck driven by Reyes was speeding in the far-right lane when he came upon slower moving traffic. The driver of the truck then veered to the right and hit a sign and a chainlink fence along the road, then veered back onto the road, and hit the center divider, ejecting a passenger.
