Dave Go, 18, of Hayward, was riding in the passenger seat and was killed, according to the Alameda County coroner's office. HAYWARD -- A young man was killed early Saturday morning in a traffic collision when an alleged drunken driver rear-ended a car stopped at a red light in Hayward, police said. He was found by officers a few blocks from the crash and determined to be intoxicated, police said. Butler was booked at the Hayward jail on suspicion of felony drunken driving, hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter. Paul Butler, 28, was arrested after police said he ran from the crash.
