Northbound U.S. Highway 101 has reopened in Santa Rosa following a fatal collision — possibly involving a big rig — earlier this morning. The crash just south of state Highway 12 was first reported at 3:35 a.m. Wednesday. California Highway Patrol officials said at least one person died.
