"The party actually crossed over a 'no trespassing sign,' " before being struck, Ron Hatchet, a Denver Police Department spokesman, said Tuesday.
A 14-year-old male who had walked pass many obvious "No Trespassing" signs was killed as he was struck by a train coming out of a tunnel underneath South Colorado Boulevard. It is uncertain whether the his death was accidental or suicide; check back for updates as investigation continues.
