Police say the driver of a pick-up truck was going westbound in the eastbound lanes when he collided with another vehicle.
Two killed in head-on Loveland crash Monday night
A 44-year-old Greeley man was driving a 2014 Toyota Tacoma west in the eastbound lanes of the 7000 block of U.S. Highway 34, east of Interstate 25 on the edge of Loveland's city limits. Several other motorists in the area managed to avoid the wrong-way driver, but about 10:08 p.m. the pickup crashed head-on with an eastbound 2006 Kia Rio, Loveland police said Tuesday.
