An investigation revealed that Cuvelier was traveling eastbound on Farmington Avenue in a 2004 Kawasaki Volcan toward the intersection of King Street, when a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander traveling westbound, turned left onto King Street and collided with Cuvelier.
