Daquan Moore, 22, killed in moped collision involving hit-and-run vehicle on Arrigoni Bridge in Middletown, Connecticut

The second car is described as a light colored, white or beige, late model Audi with heavy front end damage. A witness that was standing on the sidewalk of the bridge told police there was a passenger in that car as well.
