Emergency personnel on scene put one man on a backboard before loading him into an ambulance.
Firefighters were also working to extract a woman from the wreckage, who had been trapped for about 45 minutes, New Castle County Paramedic Sgt. David McKinney Jr. said. In total, six people were transported to Christiana Hospital in Stanton.
Five people involved in the crash were under the age of 18, McKinney said, and one was considered an adult.
