Police Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Accident In New Castle
It happened on U.S. Route 40 (Pulaski Hwy.) westbound, in the area of Wilton Boulevard, just after 5:30 a.m.

Delaware State Police are identifying the pedestrian who was struck and killed in a collision that occurred at approximately 5:37 a.m., Thursday, April 12, 2018, on U.S. Route 40 (Pulaski Highway) westbound, east of Appleby Road, New Castle, as Charles Walters, 37, of Bear.
