A report from the Florida Highway Patrol said Alfred Lebeau, 70, walked off a sidewalk along San Carlos south of Broadway shortly after 10 p.m. and into the path of a white 2003 Chevy Malibu being driven by Angel Martinez, 26, of Fort Myers.
