The Florida Highway Patrol is asking for the public's help in reference to an accident that occurred Sunday morning in Fort Walton Beach.
Around 2:40 a.m. Sunday, at State Road 188 and Rickey Avenue, a pedestrian was hit by a car. Officials say the pedestrian is a minor, and is listed in critical condition at the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. The vehicle fled the scene.
