Caroline Pepper, 68, was in that third car.She died a short time later at Baptist Hospital.Daise, and the driver of the second car both suffered serious injuries.
Authorities search for man who caused fatal crash
Now that he's out of the hospital authorities want to arrest him for that crime.

Vehicular homicide suspect arrested
On Monday, Daise was arrested on charges of vehicular homicide, driving while license revoked causing death, driving while license expired more than six months, possession of cocaine, and possession of a legend drug without a prescription.
