A 42-year-old Lima, Ohio woman had been driving a car shortly before 4 a.m. northbound on State Road 471 at Webster when a 42-year-old Winter Haven man in a southbound vehicle traveled into her lane of traffic, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
