Dustin Kahlmaher, 26, killed, after his car leaves the roadway, on Dodd Road in Winter Springs, and crashes into a tree.

A driver was killed on Monday night in Seminole County after troopers say he drove off the road and struck a tree.

Dustin Kahlmaher, 26, of Satellite Beach, was killed in the crash in Winter Springs late Monday night.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, Kahlmaher was driving his Dodge Stealth northbound on Dodd Road just after 10 p.m. when he drove off the roadway and struck a tree.

The crash remains under investigation and it's not clear if alcohol was a factor.
