SUV driver Harry C. Scott, 73, dead after rear-ending garbage truck at Wilson Green Boulevard and Crawfordville Highway in Tallahassee, Florida

TPD: Crash of garbage truck, SUV leaves SUV driver dead
According to a release from the Tallahassee Police Department, this morning at approximately 5 a.m., TPD Patrol Officers were called to Wilson Green Boulevard and Crawfordville Highway to a reported crash between a city of Tallahassee garbage truck and a green Sports Utility Vehicle.
The driver of the SUV, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was taken to a local hospital with life threatening injuries, where sadly he succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the garbage truck did not report any injuries as a result of the crash.

Tallahassee Police have identified the man killed in a crash with a city of Tallahassee garbage truck Thursday morning as 73-year-old Harry C. Scott. The driver of the garbage truck was 46-year-old Timothy Myers.
