Christopher Shawn Roden, 39, killed; Mary Roden, 38, and Brian Scott Clukie, 40, seriously injured in head-on wrong-way crash on U.S. 41 in Pasco County, Florida

The crash happened at 1:16 p.m. on U.S. 41 near Sunterra Drive, Mary Roden, 38, of Spring Hill, was driving south in the northbound lanes of U.S. 41 in Pasco County. At the same time, Brian Scott Clukie of Tampa was driving north, and Roden's Chevrolet crashed head-on into Clukie's Chevrolet. Clukie, Roden and her husband, Christopher Shawn Roden, 39, were transported to Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, where Christopher Roden later died of his injuries.
