“Initial indication is that a silver Nissan Altima was stopped westbound on Manning Mill Road at a stop sign,” the GSP said in a statement. “A blue Mercury minivan was traveling northbound on Ga. 3 in the left lane. The Altima entered the intersection and attempted a left turn toward Ga. 3 southbound. The minivan struck the Altima’s driver side with its front.”
