According to a police spokesperson, when officials arrived on the scene, they located a car wedged underneath a tractor-trailer that was fully engulfed in flames.

Officers responded to a crash on I-285 north at Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway around 11:15 p.m. When officers arrived they found a vehicle wedged under a tractor-trailer that was fully engulfed in flames.
