Juana Vergara De Flores was on the sidewalk on the western edge of Floyd Road near Seminole Circle at about 8 p.m. Monday when a maroon 2013 Ford Explorer left the road and hit her, according to Officer Alicia Chilton, spokesperson for Cobb police.
