According to the Georgia State Patrol, 18-year-old Forrest Blake was driving a 2014 Ford Mustang northbound on Rail Hill Road when it left the roadway and struck a tree on the passenger side.

In the front passenger seat was 16-year-old Annah Robinson who was killed by the impact of the accident.

Her sister, 13-year-old Emily Robinson, was in the back and was flown to Grady Memorial Hospital. She was later taken to Children Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston. She is reportedly in critical condition.

The driver, Forrest Blake, was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical.

Troopers say the accident remains under investigation.
