Man arrested in hit-and-run in suburban Atlanta

NORCROSS, Ga. (AP) - Police say a man has been arrested for a hit-and-run in suburban Atlanta. WSB-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1K20PLV ) that Hakeem Temple was arrested Saturday night after the death of 28-year-old Amber Harding. Police say they believe the woman killed hit-and-run Tuesday night on a Norcross-area street was crossing against an illuminated "don't walk" sign. The car described as a gold, four-dour Honda Civic hit Harding and drove off. But the driver of the vehicle has an obligation to "stay render" no matter the fault.
