Georgia State Patrol (GSP) says the 2017 Chevrolet Equinox of 33-year old Shanteeka Browner of Elbert County was traveling north on Lake Forest Circle Friday night at around 9:40 p.m. when it veered off the roadway, striking a tree head-on.
