Driver crashes into pedestrian, man dies at the hospital
Police say the car then hit a man who was walking on the west side of the road before continuing northbound. They say the car then crash into a fence.
Medical personnel responded and transported the pedestrian to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
The 64-year-old Boise man was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

General manager Scott New announced that 64-year-old Joel Eggers, the raceway's chief starter, was walking on his lunch break near Development Avenue and Robinson Road Friday when the crash happened.
Driver accused of killing pedestrian arraigned
The allegations made by Martinez' probation officer claim that he was driving under the influence of meth and texting when he hit Eggers, although no official charges have been filed in the crash.
