93-year-old Aurora man dies in traffic crash
A 93-year-old Aurora man died after his minivan collided with an SUV near Sugar Grove, police said. About 12:40 p.m., Peter Mickle, 93, was traveling west in his Chrysler minivan on Hankes Road west of Windsor Court, according to a news release from the Kane County sheriff's office. For an unknown reason, he crossed the center line and struck a Mazda SUV driven by a 49-year-old woman from Sugar Grove, who was driving east.
