Logan Ortiz, 4, died, two injured in a two-vehicle at West County Line Road and Keslinger Road in Kaneville Township, Illinois

Police say a vehicle driven by 34-year-old Jessica Ortiz, of Cortland, was heading west on Keslinger Road and did not stop at the stop sign at W. County Line Road and hit a northbound vehicle. Jessica Ortiz, and a ten-year-old boy in the front seat, were taken to an area hospital and released.
