Porter Police Chief J. Spanier said four vans were headed west in a caravan on the highway in Porter County from an event at Harley-Davidson dealership in Michigan City earlier that day when another van, which was going the wrong way while trying to merge onto the highway, collided with them head-on.
Why every fatality from a crash is not legally a wrongful death
