Ada Lyn Fouch and Wyatt Fouch killed, and Ericka Fouch, 29, injured in vehicle collision with train at State Road 160 and Pennsylvania Street in Henryville, Indiana

Maples said investigators are in the early stages of the accident investigation and it is unknown at this time if the SUV became stalled on the tracks.

There are no crossing arms at the intersection where the train collided with the SUV. Neighbors said the crossing needs arms or something more than just lights to warn drivers when a train is approaching.   

The organizers, who have absolutely no connection to the Fouch family, say they felt compelled to do this because now’s the time to show that the community cares.   

Fouch faces charges of neglect of a dependent resulting in death, causing a death when operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.

A Henryville mother accused of being high on drugs when she crashed into a train, killing her two children, received a bit of a break in Clark County court on Monday. A judge lowered her bond from $250,000 to $10,000 cash.
