Man damages two cars then flees on East 3rd Avenue and Park Street in Bowling Green, Kentucky

A man described as a white male in his 40’s to 50’s with gray hair was attempting to park between two cars when he became frustrated and accelerated into the car in front of him. He then backed into the car behind him and fled the scene after doing considerable damage.
