Just after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, crews responded to a vehicle that crashed and was resting on its side with two people inside. W.R. Castle Fire and Rescue assisted the Flat Gap Fire Department and Paintsville EMS. Crews had to use rescue tools to remove the roof of the vehicle. They immobilized the passenger and took him to Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center.
