Upon arrival and though investigation officers found a 2011 international tractor-trailer was being operated by 63 year old Raymond Charles Thomas of Arcadia Florida. Thomas was traveling eastbound on KY 834 when lost control of his vehicle leaving the roadway striking trees head on.
