Authorities arrested a Perry County man who is allegedly responsible for a fatal hit-and-run collision. 38-year-old Marcus Abner was arrested Sunday morning and charged with reckless homicide and leaving the scene of an accident, after the body of Billy Ray Baker was found in Saul near Hyden, Kentucky, around 3 p.m. Saturday. The crash is currently under investigation.
