Allen, 33 years old of Williamsburg, KY or Jayna Ann Vorwerk, 22 years old of Chandler, AZ. was traveling southbound on Interstate I-75 when their vehicle struck a 1996 maroon GEO Tracker operated by Alexis Brianna L. Flores, 25 years old of Flat Lick, KY.
